Thank you for the quick response. Apologies for my late reply.

I’m running XP Pro SP2 and the same version of Chrome as you run. I do not see, nor can I find, the customize and control (spanner) icon that you mention.

There must be somewhere within Chrome that I can access to implement the icon present on your Chrome.

At least now I know that my Chrome is really missing an important feature.

Any guidance you can provide will be appreciated.
