A couple of days ago I was watching a talk by Paul Irish at the jQuery Boston Conference. During his talk he mentioned video for everybody. Now, Video for Everyone does not use JavaScript to achieve it’s objective but simply a predefined chunk of HTML.

Plotting The HTML5 Landscape

At a recent conference I attended the topic of HTML5 came up at a Q&A session with Andy Budd, John Resig, Jonathan Snook, Joe Stump and Dustin Diaz. The conversation quickly changed from the general topic of HTML5 and more specifically what is being called HTML5 these days.
