OpenSource Release Feed Re-Launched As Release Stream

Since OpenSource Release Feed was launched some time ago, it has gone through a whole bunch of changes. It started of as a simple site built on Rails meant to make staying up to date with open source releases easier for the community. To a certain extent it succeeded but, getting the community out there involved was always difficult.
